My journey into the arts began as far back as I can remember. According to my parents, I was always twirling around the living room, singing at the top of my lungs, pretending to be a Disney princess. Even then, the spark of performance was alive in me.
I started as a competitive gymnast at just three years old. I loved the challenge and discipline of the sport, but over time, I realized it wasn’t truly where my heart belonged. In 2020, when the pandemic paused gymnastics training for nearly a year, I found myself being drawn to something new—something that felt like home: dance.
I began with a few recreational classes in various styles, just to explore. Later that year, I auditioned for the competition team and officially stepped into the world of dance. That moment changed everything.
As I continued growing, I found myself falling in love with musical theater. I was lucky enough to perform in several productions with my local community theater, and each experience deepened my appreciation for storytelling through performance.
One of the most pivotal moments for me was attending Destination Broadway, a workshop in Orlando, Florida, where I was introduced to the world of singing and musicality on a whole new level. To support my growth, I took basic piano lessons to learn how to read music—and that's when I truly realized that the arts as a whole are what fuel me.
From dance and acting to singing and playing music, I’ve found my passion. The arts are not just what I do—they're who I am. And I know without a doubt that this is the path I want to follow into the future.
There’s so much more to being an artist than just what you can do. True, talent might get you in the room—but it’s your character that will keep you there. Long-term success isn’t just built on skill; it’s rooted in integrity, kindness, and the way you treat others. Being a good person is just as important as being a great performer.
